We are a great family who welcome pets, and another tenant and I are good neighbors helping each other out with shoveling, raking, and mowing. The apartment has a half-bath, but shower is shared. Close to hiking, running trails, brewery, good schools, and 25 minutes from Portland. Because you'd be living with me in my house, it's important that you have excellent references, experience sharing space with others, an interest in sharing space with a family, and great communication skills.
