Failure to Provide Accurate Information: Omitting, falsifying, or misrepresenting information on the application. Additional Protective Clauses Occupancy: Only the individuals listed on the lease agreement are permitted to reside in the property. Unauthorized occupants or subletting without prior written consent from the owner is prohibited. Maintenance & Repairs: Renter must maintain the property in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition. Any damages caused by renter, guests, or pets (beyond normal wear and tear) are the renter's responsibility.
