The star-filled sky at night is magical with all of the shooting stars and the immediate forest access means you can be on a forest trail in minutes! Owner pays for Water, Gas, and Electricity. Renter will need to secure a post office box for mail. Renter can connect to Direct TV for an additional monthly fee. Inclusion of monthly cost of utilities is based on 2-person occupancy.
