Enjoy a shaded, quiet bedroom with blackout curtains and a smart TV. All utilities are included, and the internet is fast. Fully furnished apartment, just bring your suitcase. It's a very short drive to great Mexican food, a couple cool dive bars, a Safeway, a Walgreens, and only a 3 block walk from the famous Peninsula Garden where the roses bloom all Spring, Summer, and Fall. We've had this unit on Furnished Finder for a couple years, and have several impeccable reviews over there. The owner lives in an adjoined house, but none of your walls or ceiling is shared with his living space. He does not have kids or pets, and travels much of the year. He is an older, kind gentleman, and leaves his tenants alone. :) If you have a pet, they are accepted on a case by case basis, and additional pet rent and/or security deposit may apply.
