(Summer months you do not want the pool heated.) The large master has its own separate private patio area with a sliding glass door opening to it and a great view of the tranquil yard and pool. Enjoy the large walk in closet and completely new bathroom with a double head shower, and a solar tube for daylight. In the walk in closet there's a built in safe for your use. The location of the home is perfect: 2 miles to the Kierland mall and a few miles to the Mayo Clinic. Costco, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods are all within 2-4 miles away. Easy access to Phoenix, Tempe and Sky Harbor International airport. Within 1 mile there's Fry's and Safeway groceries. Cruiser bikes and road bikes are included. Solar heating for home and pool. In the shoulder season the pool is heated by propane, and we do pass along the charges we incur on that. Energy efficient newer windows through out. 2 bedrooms have king beds and the third bedroom has 2 twins. In the guest room with the king bed, there is a sliding glass door that opens to the covered patio area and has a view of the beautiful pool. The 3rd bedroom with the twin beds has a ceiling fan and storage shelving. All the bedrooms have their own TVs. The kitchen is well equipped with a Miele dishwasher, many dishes, pots and pans, bowls, coffee makers, teapot, and all that you will need to entertain and cook a gourmet meal in. There are 3 different options for dining areas: a nook in the kitchen with seating for 6, a table in the dining room with seating for 4 and the large outdoor table with seating for 6. The family room is the high light of the whole home. A welcoming fireplace with comfortable seating, high ceilings and double doors that open to the incredible yard make this room a favorite. It's open to the kitchen and dining area making the home easy to entertain in. Short term only: available May 18th to August 26th. Must vacate on or before August 26th, 2026. Pick any 30 plus days in this window of time. Included in rent: all utilities including WiFi, garbage, and electric. Not included: pool and spa heat will be passed on. No parties, no drugs, must be over 25 years old, no smoking and no pets, no more than 5 people staying in the home. Breaking any rules will terminate the lease, and you will be evicted immediately with no refunds.
