Furnished Room in a 4bed/3 bath house, tucked away down a private road - it is nice and quiet and a very relaxed vibe around the house. $1,250/month rental includes all utilities and the large room is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, and desk, along with a private bathroom. All the individual bedrooms have locks. Note that I can remove all the furniture if someone wants to move in and has their own bed/furniture. You will be sharing the community areas of the house (Kitchen and Living Room) with 3 housemates. Towels, hand towels, and wash clothes for the bathroom are included The house has a washer and dryer which will be shared. You will have access to the Kitchen/dining/living room area upstairs which is an open concept with a large island and lots of counter space. There is a shared pantry which you will have designated shelves in and a shared full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and kitchen appliances/utensils. Lots of parking on the premises - if you want a space in the garage we can likely come to an arrangement. It's a nice sized, 2 car garage which can fit a full size pickup. Quick commute to Hospitals in Edmonds, Lynnwood, Mill Creek and Everett. Reasonably close to Seattle Hospitals as well. Very close to shopping and grocery stores (Alderwood Mall, Northgate) Safeway is within walking distance and Fred Meyer and others are a short drive. There is a climbing gym within 8 minutes, Vertical World and several gyms close by (LA Fitness, etc). This will be a month-to-month rental agreement, we can discuss longer lease term on a case by case basis I don't allow pets at this time. Smoking is not allowed on this property. You will have a designated parking space in a gravel parking space adjacent to the home. Renter will not be responsible for maintenance of the home other than cleaning after yourself in the common areas and maintaining your private spaces. There is a one time $50 application fee for background check and a one time $150 cleaning fee used to clean between renters.
