There is a private covered car port and a laundry room with a washer and dryer for the unit. A one year lease is required with first and last months rent, plus a one month security deposit. Utilities are not included. Only available to a single person or a couple. There is a no smoking policy. Tenant will be required to complete rental application with a background and credit check "online" through Zillow. Upon review and approval of application, I will arrange to show you the interior, however you may see 10 photos of the interior on Zillow if you type in the address. You may also drive by to see the exterior. Copy of last 2 months work check and bank account will be required to verify income and ability to pay rent.
