You will rent a guest suite offering a private entrance from the exterior; with a kitchen, and a private deck. A walk in closet in the bedroom. RENTAL is intended for a SINGLE person only. Unit can be furnished or unfurnished, currently it is priced as a furnished unit. Pets are negotiable depending on breed. This prime location is only steps away to the Corte Madera Ridge trail allowing access to many of Marin's best trails. Close proximity to downtown Larkspur and all of the Corte Madera shopping and conveniences TV and fast fiber wifi. Shared laundry room. We are walking distance to a wonderful wine bar and the excellent Burmatown restaurant. (Down the hill). Downtown Larkspur is one of Marin's favorite cities offering trendy restaurants and boutique shops. Enjoy the easy commute to San Francisco by Larkspur Ferry (8 minute drive) and fast access to Hwy 101 (4 minute drive). About 15 minutes to the Golden Gate Bridge, so 20 minutes and you in the city. Here are the most key considerations about the space that you should be aware of before booking: 1) You must be physically able to climb up and down a full flight of stairs to reach the unit as the unit is below the "main" house where my family of 3 lives. 2) Since you are below, you of course WILL hear our footsteps and walking if we are home. We wake up around 7am and go to bed around 9pm, and this is key if you expect extreme quiet. We have had many tenants that this does not bother them, but making a note of this fact here. 3) There is a shared laundry, but otherwise the unit and deck are private. 4) Parking space is very small and admittedly some find difficult to navigate into. See photo of the deck. If you are driving a large SUV, you will not fit and have to park along the street parking and walk to the unit. 5) The area is super safe and there is a surveillance camera above the units parking deck, but no view of the unit so you are completely private. As we are above you absolutely no smoking will be tolerated. NOTE: I turned off my phone option as i simply get to much spam so things get missed, just email through zillow and give me 24 hours to respond although i usually respond quickly. Lease term is negotiable. We can do 3 months or more, I am very flexible. Utilities and fast fiber internet included. No smoking, Currently fully furnished with TV Laundry room is shared Note that you must be physically able to climb up and down stairs to reach the unit. Parking is very tight space but you will have 1 assigned spot! (If you are the type of person that has a lot of guests or a huge car or truck, this place and area is probably not ideal).
