    Under Contract: If things Change, we will revise or we will take the Unit off the market. We have a renovated enormous 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment (1,000 square ft) this week. We have a few paint touch-ups to complete & bit more cleaning, but it is ready to show. The Unit is located at 57 Congers Road, Unit "A", New City, NY 10956 ("CR Building"). The CR Building is part of four other buildings across the street on 'Old School House Road', that collectively form a quiet & friendly apartment complex. This complex has two large onsite parking lots, a standalone 4 Bay Garage (if You wish to rent a covered parking space), a community garden (spots available on request), a propane BBQ Grill next to a picnic table covered by an umbrella decorated with LED lights for the warmer months. The surrounding 3 acres is in bloom from early spring into the fall season. There garden beds are full of perennial bulbs, and the landscape has several dozen flowering trees & shrubs, fruit trees & vines that You are free to pick (i.e., Plum Trees, Peach Trees, Cherry Trees, Pear Trees, Paw-Paw Trees, Serviceberry Trees, Concorde Grape Vines, Blackberry, Raspberry & Gooseberry Bushes, etc. The apartment complex is within walking distance of Main Street in New City, New York; New York City bus stop(s); Shop-Rite; DeCiccos Family Market (higher grade grocery store); New City Cinemas, Pete Wheaty's (ice cream parlor), CVS, Rockland County Court, and much more. The living room is enormous - and you can easily fit an L shaped sectional, a large flat screen tv, a large coffee table, bookcases, etc. The living room is bright as it has two sets of double paned/hung windows that overlook the peach tree and garden beds. The recently installed recessed lighting ensures that the living room is bright day or night. The living room also has a working fireplace with a mantle & a set of fireplace tools. It also comes with a 55-60 inch flat screen already installed on the wall. There is also desk nook behind the stairwell banister, which can fit an L-shaped desk & 2-3 computer monitors. The dining area, which is adjacent to the living room is equipped with a gun metal grey LED light/ceiling fan & two large sliding glass doors that leads to brick-faced balcony complete with a wired-in modern outdoor crystal bubble LED light. The balcony is large enough to fit a table & a couple of chairs. The kitchen is bright and cheerful and has beautiful, tiled floors and plenty of cabinet space. We just installed glass mosaic backsplash, a stainless-steel sink with a commercial grade LED light faucet. We also installed new stainless-steel appliances, i.e., a gas stove range with a matching range hood, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. The bathroom also has tiled floors, a closet with plenty of storage space, and the following recently installed new items: a 60-inch black vanity with plenty of drawers/cabinets, a mirror that covers the entire length of the vanity; crystal LED vanity lights, a quiet LED exhaust fan (Bluetooth enabled so you can listen to the news/music while getting ready). We installed a new shower assembly in the shower/tub (so there is fantastic water pressure) & is surrounded by 2 glass sliding doors. The bedroom is also bright with a large double sized, double paned/hung window that overlooks the community garden. It is big enough for a queen/king-sized bed, a dresser, a chest and night tables. It also has 2 spacious closets with a closet storage system in each (that way, If you are a couple - you can have your own closet.)The Hallway that leads to the bedroom/bathroom area has a large closet that contains space for coats/shoes, but also comes with a working washer/dryer unit. All rooms, except for the tiled kitchen/bathroom floors, are covered with a light grey carpet that we installed this past year. The Owners/Property Managers are onsite, across the street at 3 Old School House Road - therefore we are generally available seven (7) days a week to handle any issues. The rent lock box is located on our deck-making rent is easy to drop off anytime based on Your needs. The monthly rent for the Unit is $2,375 per month (as it is quite large, has a balcony, a fireplace and Your own laundry machines) We may be amenable to negotiate the rental price if You are willing to pay first month, last month & security deposit. Pets: We do permit some pets. Depending on the pet, & number of pets, there will be a Monthly Pet Rent Fee (we do not charge for pets like fish). We mostly just accept cats, birds and depending on the situation, location of the unit, the type of neighbors next to you - we MAY permit a small dog -- on a case by case basis. We will discuss this issue more in person. If you have a cat & we permit Your dog, there will be a small security deposit and a Pet Rider must be signed. The Unit will be given to the first person that passes the credit/background check and provides the security deposit to hold the unit while you take your time to review the Lease Package. First month's rent is due on the day You sign the Lease Package at which time we give you the keys to the Unit (usually a few days before the effective date of the Lease so You can start to move in Your belongings before the effective date of the Lease if You wish. No Satellite Dishes allowed. No smoking allowed in the apartment units. As for pet(s) - we make decisions relating to pets on a case by case basis. If we permit you to have pet(s), You will be required to execute a Pet Rider & remit a monthly pet rent fee - the amount of which depends on the type/number of pet(s).
