Our house is located on the North end of West Seattle, just West of South Seattle Community College. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that you would never guess is just minutes from downtown Seattle. In the past 3 years we have seen a number of new homes be built and older homes be remodeled. This area is in the process of changing... for the better. Not so much different than other parts of West Seattle have experienced in the last 10 years as well. The street is kind of rustic (no side-walks), but a number of neighbors like it that way because our taxs are lower than normal as a result.
