We are in the process of having the entire home re-painted. This includes the ceilings, all of the trim/molding throughout, the kitchen, the living room (with vaulted ceiling), the laundry room, the hallway to the bedrooms, the bathroom and all 3 bedrooms. Everything will be completely repainted and look different from the pictures uploaded. Also, the wood floor in the dining room will be sanded, there is a new delta kitchen faucet, and a new hand rail from the garage steps to the door. There are also new shelving units in the laundry room and 3 new shelves in the hall closet for storage. There is a second GFI plug in the kitchen and new quarter round in the laundry room. I will post new pictures when the work is completed. It will look very sharp! Tenant pays for all trash service, utilities (including gas/electric/water) and is responsible for lawn car and snow removal. We are asking for the first months rent ($1375) plus a security deposit of $2000 for a total of $3375 up front. Assuming the home is in the same condition as when you moved in, the security deposit will be refunded to you. We will require an application to be completed prior to move in.
