Lovely third floor apartment far from the road. The living room has a vaulted ceiling and gas fireplace. the primary bedroom is on one side of the home and the other two are on the opposite side of the main rooms. All bedrooms have good closets . There is a nice private deck off the living room with access from on secondary bedroom as well. The kitchen has great cabinet space and we have ordered new stainless appliances as well as granite counters. The laundry room is off the kitchen and has some extra space and shelving for storage. From this home you can walk to restaurants and shops surrounding South Park Mall, the Greenway and Park Road Park. Its a fifteen minute ride to Uptown and the airport. We look for a minimum one year lease and are happy to accomodate a longer lease term. The water, sewer and trash pickup are covered in the lease. Residents secure their own electrical, gas and any internet service. We will consider pets. The pet fee is $350 with lease signing then $30 monthly for a pet. We look at rental history, credit, income.
