You'll have access to the kitchen, porch and parking space. This listing is 12 miles from RDU Airport, 3.1 miles WakeMed North, 4 miles from UNC Rex Hospital, and 5.8 miles Duke North Raleigh, 10 miles from Dorothea Dix Park, and 9.4 miles from The Lincoln Theater. No smoking inside the house. Due to allergies no pets (cats and dogs) or any other animals are allowed in the property. Parking space is available in the driveway or in front of the house. The lease will be a month to month. Rent is due on the 1st of the month, with a grace period until 5th day of the month. After the 5th, a $50 dollars late fee will be charged. It is the responsibility of the roommate to clean the room weekly. The laundry is available in the premise once a week. Kitchen is allow for light cooking (not Fish). All cooking must be done by 9PM.
