We are looking to lease our one bedroom apartment that is set up to house two people. The apartment is set up for two people as there are two full sized bed however it could be a single. Rent is $1500 a month or $750 per a person with the Month of May being prorated. The apartment is fully furnished with full size beds, has a porch, walk in closet, and is as close as you can get to the SDSU campus. Ideally we are looking for college students to fill the lease. Teh apartment will be available from May 10th - July 31st. Please contact me if you are interested, we are willing to negotiate the price! Only utility that you pay is electricity. Everything else is included in rent, including cable and wifi.
