House has a country gravel driveway that leads to a stone patio behind house equipped with lounge chairs and hammock. Two flat screen TVs with cable hookups. Lease is for the month of August, 2021 only. This is a one-month seasonal rental. Electric and cable TV ( if desired) bills to be paid by renters. There will also be a house security deposit of $500 (fully refundable if no damage to house) and a one-time cleaning fee of $125. Fee and security deposit for pets is described above.
