The space is 450 square feet with ample southern light and a large outdoor garden. The cottage was built in 2018 and retains a similar character to the main home. Only one resident is allowed. The right tenant will be quiet and respectful of those residents living close by. The Harrison Street community is exceptionally welcoming and kind. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. The main home and the rear cottage share the utilities based on square footage (front 2/3rds and rear 1/3rd). Monthly utilities cost vary from season to season. The average utility cost for the cottage is $250 +/-.
