I am renting out my basement. The space I am renting is one bedroom, bathroom and large living room. Bedroom is furnished (I can remove if not needed). I have 3 dogs (well behaved). I'm open to you having 1 dog, as long as they are well behaved. (The deposit will be more.) I am a professional who works from home. I work Monday-Friday from home and I keep a mellow house (occasional weekend festivities- small groups). I am only considering renting the space to 1 person (no couples). 21 years or older, no minors. Month-to-month lease. (30 day notice is required). Smoking is fine outside. Parking is on the street.
