Freshly painted home. New flooring. Renovated kitchen. Fenced in back yard. Access to shed for additional storage. No smoking inside the home. Tenant responsible for electric bill, monthly air filter changes, and minor maintenance such as, but not limited to, clogged drains/toilets, light bulb changes, yard upkeep, trash removal, etc. Tenant responsible for monthly payment of $1,800 by the 1st of each month. A late fee of 10% will be charged for each day late.
