If there is any pet-caused damage at the end of the tenancy, the Landlord will first apply the pet deposit toward the damage, and then apply the security deposit toward any provable expenses. There is a mandatory credit and background check fee of $75 and a separate mandatory $25 application fee. Landlord/Property Manager will present and outline application at time of showing. If future tenant is interested, only then will there be an assessed fee.
