custom tile flooring, tiled baths, solid wood doors and trim, concrete countertops, fireplace, air source heat unit with AC, large two place garage with extra work space and pellet stove, , large storage area in attic, yard is landscaped with sprinkler system, all this on 10 acres 3.5 miles from town. driveway is a little steep but i have my own plow and dont have any problems, but may not be for everyone.
