Nice neighbors of all ages, and the kids in the neighborhood are generally good. Very little crime, the biggest thing that has happened around here recently is a kid drove on a few lawns after a heavy rain. That was 2 years ago. Warm evenings are prime for a walk up to Ralph's Italian Ices, where you'll probably see many of your neighbors. Nice days, you'll often see people working in their yards, and smell the hamburgers on the grill. It's a great place to live. So if it's so great, why are we selling? We are looking for a larger property to accomodate a small farm. I've loved living rurally, as did my husband, and now we want our own piece of bucolic bliss. If we could have 10 acres right here, we would surely stay!
