Income Requirements *Minimum NET monthly income: $2,000.00 (or $500 weekly). *Exception: Applicants with an exceptionally excellent rental history may qualify with a minimum of $1,500.00 monthly. *Proof of Income must be provided before renting: -Must be an official printed record. -Screenshots are not acceptable. Application Standards *Approval is based on truthfulness. *Background checks will be conducted. *Incomplete applications will be immediately declined. *Applications missing rental history, employment information, or references will be declined. *No credit reports required. *Declined applicants will not receive follow-up calls.
