It has been reconstructed with both new utilities for safety, efficiency and comfort and original reclaimed materials to maintain the heritage and authenticity of the home! You can rest knowing that the contractor and sub contractors are all licensed, local and guarantee their work. We installed completely new: Roof, LP Smart Siding (50 year warranty), windows, electrical, plumbing, sewer, foundation (with encapsulated climate controlled crawl space), two HVAC units (One upstairs and one downstairs), 20x20 carport with concrete slab, driveway, ramp and covered breezeway, Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring in the entire house. We repurposed the vintage tin roof for the kitchen ceiling and wainscot in several rooms. Restored the original gorgeous solid wood doors and most of the wood for the interior walls. Most of the beadboard and shiplap throughout the house are original. We were also able to keep the original porch ceiling, columns and rails. The kitchen has granite counter tops and a large pantry. The house has lots of storage. From large closets, to attic access, storage above the carport. There is a 20x24 outbuilding with a concrete floor on one side complete with electricity and lights. There are GREAT neighbors and it is in a wonderful neighborhood!
