Seeking female roommate for an all female household to rent the daylight basement apartment in my home. The Apartment has its own private entrances, its own full bathroom, two sinks, two closets (one that is a walk in closet), fridge, small kitchen island for dry goods and a living room with a gas fireplace. The space is nice, quiet and is private. The space is about 800 square feet and has a big window that looks out into the backyard as well as a small window in the bedroom area. The full kitchen is upstairs and will be shared with myself and one other person. There is a pool on the property and you'll have access when the pool isn't rented during the summer! Shared laundry in the basement. The house is located in a safe area with plenty of parking in the driveway. About me: I'm 39F and I'm hoping to have a household of women that are looking for their own space, but are open to movies or maybe some roommate dinners together. I'm clean, quiet and easy to get along with. I recently am breaking up with my boyfriend so I'm hoping to share my home with women that want to have a nice, clean and lovely place to live. While I don't technically have a cat, there is a neighborhood cat that spends most of his days laying on the couch, sleeping and begging for food. Looking for someone that is wanting to stay at least six months and will just be on a month to month basis. There is no smoking in the home. While I don't mind 420 use, I would prefer that it be done outside. Utilities share would be about $250 per person. There is a two car garage at the house that can be used for some additional storage. The kitchen is upstairs although you will have your own refrigerator downstairs as well as a small island for dry storage. I will handle most of the yard maintenance, however, if you like doing light yard work, I'm always open to the help! You can have parking for up to one car in the driveway and if you have guests over, just letting us know so that we can park accordingly or let you know where to have your guests park. It's a very large driveway so that isn't normally an issue. You'll have access to use the pool in the summer when the pool isn't rented. It's a nice small pool about 5.5 feet deep and it's a nice way to spend a hot summer day.
