The room is complimented by brand new blackout roller shades, queen bed, nightstand and a 5-drawer dresser. Renters are also able to supply their own furniture if preferred. Renters have their own private half-bathroom; down the hall there is a full bath with a shower that the landlords do not use. There is a laundry room and a section of the fridge in the garage that renters will be able to use. Street parking is available right in front of the house; the room window allows you to see the vehicle easily at all times. We are young and have fun ourselves but have no intentions of being a party house. There will be no random overnight guests Zero abuse of drugs or alcohol (Just be classy) No smoking indoors Treat the shared and personal spaces with respect and a basic standard of cleanliness, taking care of dishes, trash, personal belongings, etc. Lease will be paid monthly with a 30-day notice when vacating the property. $700 partially refundable deposit with a mandatory $250 cleaning fee, Remainder will be promptly refunded as long as there is no damage or unreasonable wear.
