Hi All! My roommate and I are relocating in July and we'd like to sublease our place in Arvada. It would actually be a lease transfer so your name would be on the lease. Our lease ends Sept 6, so you would have about 1.5-2 months depending on when you move in to decide whether or not you want to renew. The place will be unfurnished and it's a 2 bed/2 bath (~1152 sqft, floor plan screenshot below) and rent is $2000 plus utilities ($75 cheaper than what it's going for on the website now!). We have white cabinets, stainless appliances, W/D hookups (we pay $50/month for W/D and you can take over our rental of those if you want as well), wifi enabled (we pay $50 for that as well), balcony w/ view of downtown Denver, wood floors, kitchen island - just beautiful and wish we could've stayed longer! It's a beautiful property (amazing management too!) with great amenities (pool, gym, etc). It's right across the street from Red Rocks Community College and it's convenient to so many eating places and even hikes close by! Only 10 min from olde-town Arvada!
