I'm still waiting for Tesla Power to send me the details. The kitchen was just renovated, and the 1st floor was recently painted. Solor panels will help keep the electric bill down. This house is close to Indian Head Military base as well as Stump Neck Annex. Smallwood State Park is only a few minutes away and they have camping and full marina and boat ramp. The house is being sold as-is. Seller will not make any repairs. Buyer will assume payments for the solar panels. The tenant does not pay that. Cash, Hard money or as is condition conventional loan.
