Up to two pets permitted (No Weight Limit but Breed Restrictions apply) $150 Pet Fee per Pet and $25/month pet rent per pet. No Pitt Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire, Chow Chow or mix containing these breeds. Renter is responsible for all utilities, snow removal and lawn care.
