Great home with lots of potential. Parts have been updated, parts have not. The master bedroom is quite large and the vanity area has a tub with a separate shower, two separate sinks, and two very nice sized closets. Two of the other bedrooms are a decent size for non-master bedrooms. There is a full bath in between those two rooms. While it currently has only one sink, it has plumbing for two. The fourth bedroom has built-ins for office purposes. There's really good flow in the living areas. The kitchen leads to an eating area which then joins with the living room. The dining room is large enough for a table to open up to serve 12-14 people and also has room for a china cabinet. This home originally had a garage, but the first owners turned that room into a den that is the size of a garage. It's the best repurposed garage I've ever seen. Unless someone is told, they don't realize it was a garage. This house has "good bones" and never has had any foundation problems. It's a great family home on a great street. The neighbors are really nice and maintain their yards really well. I only know of one robbery on our street (although there could be some I have no clue about) and that was about 15-20 years ago. The homeowner turned their car on and went back into the house. Of course, it was stolen. The home is located very well. It's near churches and a synagogue, just a few minutes from Le Fleur's Gallery, Highland Village, Whole Foods, and Kroger, Northpark Mallnd only a 10-15 minute ride to Costco and Renaissance Shopping Center with Sam's only about 5 minutes farther. Also, it's not too far from the Reservoir. It's in the McLeod, Chastain, Murrah school zone.
