This unit is fully furnished and ready to move in. We have laundry service available at a different address if you would like a key for these services. $3 a load quarters only. Washer/dryer Tenants will pay for their propane and their electricity and half of the Wi-Fi fee for renting the apartment. The Wi-Fi is $37. We've never had an electric bill over $30 and the propane because you're upstairs is less expensive because heat rises the heating cost are minimal. This is a no smoking no pet apartment. .
