And there is a good size enclosed area which could be used for a garden or pets, etc. We have point broadband fiber optics. The appliances are energy efficient. A path could be made on the hill behind us for four wheeling or for a place to walk and enjoy nature. Willing to negotiate. The zestimate is not right. They’re not considering all the facts.
