The home was remodeled in 2024-2025 has new electrical, new plumbing, new septic. New everything!! New drywall, siding etc. The windows just need to be cut out and installed. The tile needs to be installed, the 2 bathrooms needs small remodel we were making a new stand up shower but that stopped. It’s nearly done and it’s a good home with new lights and more. Also needs gas installed for cooking and maybe a new water heater. This is a farm life experience on .77 acres AND ZERO RESTRICTIONS THE SEPTIC WAS INSTALLED IN 2023
