This home is in the best neighborhood, just a block from a brand new elementary school and close to all the amenities. It has an open layout, lots of storage, a one-car garage, a yard with a patio, and washer and dryer. Yard care and Water/Sewer is included in the rent, but all other utilities are the tenant's responsibility. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Pets are not allowed.
