In 2017 a screened in porch was added with a ceiling fan. In 2018, extensive work was done on the backyard, adding a double wall to shore up the back yard as well as adding a patio and firepit. In 2019, the entire backyard was fenced in. In 2020,new stone was placed in the neck porch as well as adding a stone uncovered patio with a built in charcoal grill. Top of the line carpet and padding was added to the master bedroom and closet.
