Huge place in awesome neighborhood! Close to so many things either by walking or driving. Second and third floor of building. Two small and one large bedroom on third floor with amazing closets and storage space. Bathroom is on second floor but this muddled aged woman got used to it without a problem. Available July My lease goes until August 31. Nice landlord who's attentive to the property. He would start a new lease of interested in staying longer but if just looking for July/August sublet that's ok too. I've lived here 3 years so he did not charge extra for my dog but he probably will resume a small monthly fee for a pet. Tenant pays water every three months. Two parking spots included in rental fee.
