We have a furnished 3-room guest suite for rent to a single person. The suite is independent and private with a lockable front door, within the main house. The entry foyer, laundry, and main staircase are shared with owners. $1350 (1100 rent + 250 Utils.) is paid monthly. We ask for a refundable damage deposit of $700. Apartment is available from April 1st. ($3400 total to move in.) (Please read to the end before responding) We are looking for a single, professional housemate with no pets (non-smoker). Ideally you would be employed (income verification may be requested), quiet, responsible, considerate, and able to maintain a tidy and clean environment. The rooms include a living room, kitchen facilities with a pantry and utility sink, one bedroom, large bathroom, hallway with 4 large closets. The rooms are sunny with large windows and views of our small lake and adjacent conservation area. The suite is fully furnished, so ideal for a person without furniture. (We are not able to provide additional storage.) The suite has a basic kitchenette, so would suit a person that cooked minimally. We are an older professional couple. Our house is an historic home on Bolton Road in picturesque Harvard, a half mile from the center of town, and close to trails and conservation areas. The property is 3 acres in a parklike setting with lake and cabin. Rental Includes: off-street parking, laundry (new Washer/Dryer), microwave, small refrigerator (small) 2-burner cooktop. Location: Close to Rt. 2 and 111 and 495. Commuter Rail into Boston: Littleton/495 or South Acton Train Station. Shopping: Close to Highland Commons shopping mall in Hudson, and Constitution Ave Mall in Littleton, and Ayer shops on Main St Close to Harvard library and cultural center, and Bare Hill Pond beach. Cafe's: Harvard General Store and The Bolton Bean. Private apartment in a large home.
