We have a 4 bed/2 bath house available to rent on September 5th. Beautiful ranch a walk away from City Park and the golf course, or a short bike ride to Old Town. This house was built in 1957 and has the character and charm of an Old Town home. The backyard is a real gem with a pergola partially covering a concrete bar on a stamped concrete patio. Beyond the patio is room to play. There are also grapevines growing on the pergola and two apple trees in the back, as well as a garden area. We also have a permit to have chickens and currently have them if you'd like. The backyard is fully fenced. Two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area are upstairs with 2 more bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room and big rec room in the basement. Washer and dryer are included in the good-sized laundry room and a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave are included in the kitchen.
