    Dear future owners of 528 Bell Lane. We want to share with you what we have loved the most about our home and neighborhood after living here almost 31 years. We have made wonderful family memories that we will cherish always and you will too! We have enjoyed the mornings during the spring, summer and fall, either having breakfast and coffee on our enclosed patio which has a lovely ceiling fan, or just sitting and reading while enjoying the deer, birds and rabbits whenever they appear. We have almost 3/4 of a lush green, wooded acre which is peaceful, serene and private. We have also enjoyed tending to our plant and vegetable beds and garden beds each summer. Our tranquil patio is right off the kitchen which makes it ideal when entertaining. I have always loved to bake and cook and having plenty of granite countertop space (including our dining /island) makes it so easy, as well as having updated stainless steel appliances and cabinetry. I have always loved being able to watch our kids and dogs run and play freely from our kitchen window. Your new home will feel more open and spacious, since we had removed two walls between the kitchen, dining and living rooms. This allowed our kitchen to open into the spacious dining room, where we created an enlarged bay window and custom window seat. We loved entertaining family and friends here. This room can always be used as your family room instead, as there is a good-sized office located off the other side of the kitchen that can easily function as the dining room! The cozy and relaxing living room is located off the foyer and features a ceiling fan and another custom window seat which has storage. All of the rooms get an abundance of natural sunlight, and we have always liked the ability to easily move from one room to another, since we had opened up and created a split staircase. On the main floor you will also find the laundry room, which has a newer washer and dryer, a utility tub and cabinetry. From the laundry room there are two access points, one that leads into the two -car garage which have electric garage door openers, the other to a lovely outside garden enclosed with a whitepicket fence. Upstairs in the primary bedroom you will find a newer remodeled bathroom and a walk-in-closet that we had enlarged and has custom fittings. Three additional, nice sized bedrooms get plenty of natural sunlight too! There is a hall bath with double sinks, new plumbing and cabinetry and a tub/shower combination. Overall there is ample storage space and closet space throughout, especially when you include the finished basement! There is hardwood flooring in most areas and custom fitted window shades, You can have peace of mind knowing that this home was lovingly well maintained with the intention of creating a warm and welcoming space. The roof was replaced in November 2018; however, due to hurricane Ida our future owners might have the opportunity to select their choice of colors for the siding that will be replaced and possibly the roof if it is determined that it needs to be replaced. We have always felt safe all the years we have lived in this nestled neighborhood because it is nicely tucked away from major roadways and it is walkable for exercise and socializing with neighbors. We have always enjoyed nearby Ambler which offers a variety of top-rated restaurants, its own movie theater and performing arts theater, fabulous shopping, a farmers market and Weavers Co-op food market. Nearby are other great markets such as Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and Giant food stores. There is easy access to major highways and several commuter rail stations, including Ambler, Fort Washington, Penllyn and Gwynedd Valley. We are also conveniently located to our public schools as well as a variety of parochial and private schools and local colleges. We just know you will love living at 528 Bell Lane as much as we have! 2021-12-07
