This is a mature neighborhood with good neighbors. There seems to be a good mix of older and younger people. I have never had any trouble as long as Ive been here. They just paved Iron Horse Trail which is behind my home, it has added a lot of traffic behind me but it is good traffic, bicyclers, walkers, and roller bladers.
