As a resident of Shenandoah Ridge, you'll be in walking distance to shopping, dining, a movie theater, and live entertainment. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. We do require a 12 month lease and a credit and background check! Each person over the age of 18 requires an application and each application has a fee of $40.
