We can even supply you with the name of caterers and party help. You are so close to so many attractions in Delray, from hopping down to Art Basel in Miami, over to the Kravis Center for a show in West Palm, or visiting our own Morikami Gardens right here in Delray Beach. The owner is allergic to cats. The term of the lease is a minimum of 2 months, beginning January 3, 2023. Once that minimum is met, we will consider other terms.Pets are allowed, but no aggressive breeds or dogs with history of biting, please. Pets must be kept on leash in the neighborhood, although there is a Lake Ida dog park if you choose to use it. Owner pays cable, utilities, yard maintenance and grass cutting, pool maintenance, and other home repairs. You change light bulbs, filters, and batteries if they burn out, extras of all are in the closet.
