There is a detached garage for two (new garage doors) and has a lot of equipment: snow blower, tractor lawnmower, table saw, etc. Yes we are willing to leave a lot behind. It also has a full attic. The main floor has a spare bedroom with a small bathroom and separate jacuzzi/shower room-great for guests or master bedroom.
