block needs painting. front porch and carport roof rotting. rats have destroyed all insulation in walls and ceiling. Den roof is leaking, drop ceiling in den is falling in. house needs to be rewired (no power to several outlets), hall bathroom is health hazard ( intake pipe to toilet collapsed so does not flush, ceiling patch caved in and room is full of rat poop and the walls and ceiling have black mold) and closed off. Bath off master suite the toilet and sink work, but the shower won't drain, plumber says drain pipes have collapsed. Paint peeling in kitchen and master bedroom. Heat pump is failing and needs replacement. and sewer pipe to street is cardboard and compromised by plant roots needs to be replaced.
