Hi, all! I'm searching for a female roommate to move into my 2 bed/1 bath apartment with me (my current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend) sometime between November and January! The apartment has great natural light (seriously wonderful) and a working fireplace which we've used a number of times. It's also great for parties and my roommate and I hosted a few together here, with endless compliments on the place. It's a 10 minute walk to Union Station and a 5 minute walk to either Giant or Whole Foods. Rent is 1500/1600 with utilities split (typically between $80-$100 a month). The landlord is great and I can't say enough good things about the neighborhood and neighbors (lots of dogs haha). My landlord is open to writing the lease for as long as preferred, though I'd like to do at least a lease until May or June, but there's tons of flexibility on that - I really just care more that we get along and are a good fit for each other. I work in office and almost never home (I have a million hobbies), but am always down to host something or just catch up.
