credit score should be 700+, near MA line, near all shopping walmart, sams club, marketbasket, costco..., route 3, 3A. newly updated bathroom,kitchen, roof...2 car garage, four seasonroom. could leave the washer dryer,, refig. some furniture for renter if need. water, renter pay gas and electric bill.no smoking, no pet( maybe small dog) I'm moving now, will cleaning the whole house well and post more pictures.
