This is great to use for parties and to have extra space for the kids to get away. There's an outdoor shower off the patio in the side yard. We're on septic so want to be gentle with sand in the house (and in the sink, etc) and toilet paper only in the toilet. We encourage outdoor showers because they're really nice, but it's also easier on the septic system. We don't want the system to overload and ruin your vacation. Lease this property for as little as one month, beginning in January, or until the end of May. The month of June could be available at a premium.
