There is an abundance of storage furniture and closets. Each room has a ceiling fan that circulates cool air in the summer and warm air in the winter. The old wood floors add to the charm. It has a well-stocked kitchen with all the tools, appliances, and utensils one requires. Eat at the kitchen island or in the formal dining room. A laundry center is located in the kitchen with a washer and dryer. This lovely cottage is attractive to corporate working professionals needing shared temporary quarters. Renters Insurance: Tenant must have renters' insurance and will provide a copy with Cherry Glebe LLC as the beneficiary. Trash: Renter is responsible for putting the trash out on Sunday evening. You are provided one can. All trash is to be bagged and not loose in the can. Parking: Convenient onsite parking is provided on paved driveway for up to 3 vehicles. Request tenants to not park in front of the maintenance garage or in the grass. No smoking, vaping, medical smoking, or illegal drugs in the home or on the property. If you smoke, kindly do not apply. We are serious about this house rule. No candles, no open flames, no plug in air fresheners. The wood stove is nonfunctional and not to be used for any reason. No parties or large gatherings. See signed lease for terms about visitors. Pets: No pets allowed. If pets are in the property a $600 fee will be assessed and this breaks the lease. The lease is for a minimum of 30 days with a 30-day notification of departure. The rent is not prorated and subleasing is not allowed. Rent is due on the 1st day and a discount of $50.00 if paid on time. A late fee of $20.00 per day will be assessed for each day rent is late with eviction process starting. One adult over 25 will be the responsible party for the rent payment. Partial payments are not accepted. Deposit is refundable, if no damage and house rules honored. The damage deposit may not be considered the final month's rent. Cleaning Fee: A $200 non refundable cleaning fee due with signed lease. Maintenance: Tenants are responsible for general cleaning of the interior of the property, kitchen cooking wares, and provided furnishings. We kindle request that the tenants notify us for any and all maintenance issues immediately. We are always responsive. As much as possible, a 24-hour notice will be given to the tenant prior to the any routine maintenance service need to enter the home. We conduct maintenance checks every month.
