This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome is nicely appointed with stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and a covered outdoor seating area. The living area has homey seating with a flat screen television and Bose sound system. The French doors open up onto the covered deck and cleanly landscaped yard. Upstairs are two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, queen beds, and ample closet space. Both bedrooms open to a covered porch with relaxed seating options. A washer and dryer are located in the hallway between the 2 bedrooms for your convenience. The Truman Annex Waterfront Park is close by with walking paths, open areas to play or relax, and a splash pad and park for the kids to play. Fort Zachary Taylor State Park and Beach are also close by and offer picnic areas with grills, as well as beach areas that are ideal for snorkeling and sunbathing. There are chairs and umbrellas for rent as well as a full concession stand and restrooms. Rental periods will go from the 1st of the month to the last day of the month. Monthly rates will be competitively priced for off season rentals. By City of Key West Ordinance, the minimum rental period is 29 nights/30 days, except for February, which is 28 nights. RENTAL AGREEMENT WILL BE PROCESSED BY RENT KEY WEST VACATIONS.
