Our blue cottage is a one bedroom one bathroom house (not shared). It is in the heart of old Homosassa. It has central heat and multiple AC units throughout the cottage. The deposit is refundable at the end of the lease. There is a pet deposit non refundable for $300. Owner will pay for water and sewage. The electric, trash and wifi the tenant will be in charge of. There is no smoking and parking for 1-2 cars. No trailers or boat allowed unless checked with landlord prior to.
