Her rent is due to April 2014.<br><br>If you are interested in our apartment, you can choose a short-term lease or a long-term lease. you can rent the room whenever you want if you like the room and if you feel like uncomfortable, you can only rent from June 9th to July 14th just substitute my contract. So the rent period is flexible just depends on what you think about it. The rent is $350 every month which do not include the water fee and electric fee.
